Terms of Service
Last updated: April 6, 2026
These are the terms for using SeasonKeeper. We've tried to keep them clear and readable — because if you're a travel sports parent, you've already signed enough confusing paperwork this season.
1. Who Can Use SeasonKeeper
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. SeasonKeeper is designed for parents and guardians to manage family sports schedules. Children can access limited features through a parent-configured PIN but cannot create their own accounts.
2. Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by caretakers you invite.
- Please provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Subscription Plans
SeasonKeeper offers a 14-day free trial with full access. After that, you can choose from:
- SeasonKeeper Base — Core scheduling, calendar sync, tasks, and meal planning.
- SeasonKeeper Pro — Everything in Base plus unlimited voice commands, AI-powered suggestions, and advanced notifications.
- Founding Family — Special pricing for our earliest supporters, locked in as long as you stay subscribed.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
4. After Your Trial
If you don't subscribe after your trial ends, your account enters read-only mode. You can still see all your data — schedules, meals, tasks, everything — but you can't add, edit, or use voice/AI features. Your data stays safe for 30 days.
5. Caretaker Access
You can invite caretakers — grandparents, babysitters, coaches, whoever helps with the kids — to view your family's schedule and respond to assignments. Caretaker access is free and doesn't require a subscription. You can revoke access at any time.
6. Voice and AI Features
- Voice audio is processed on your device and immediately discarded. We never store recordings.
- AI features use text transcripts to generate suggestions, summaries, and schedule parsing.
- AI-generated content is informational — please don't rely on it as your only source of truth for game times or locations.
7. Calendar and Schedule Data
- SeasonKeeper imports calendar data from iCal feeds you provide. We're not responsible for the accuracy of imported data.
- Changes in SeasonKeeper may sync to your device's Apple Calendar if you grant permission.
- SeasonKeeper is a family logistics tool — it's not a replacement for your team's official communications.
8. Play Nice
Don't use SeasonKeeper for anything illegal, don't try to access other families' data, and don't reverse engineer the app. Basically, be the kind of parent you'd want in the bleachers next to you.
9. Our Stuff
SeasonKeeper and its content, features, and design are our intellectual property. "SeasonKeeper" is a trademark. Please don't use our branding without asking.
10. The Fine Print
SeasonKeeper is provided "as is." While we work hard to get it right, we can't guarantee perfection. We're not liable for missed events, incorrect departure times, or decisions made based on AI suggestions. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
11. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. When you do, everything goes — all profiles, schedules, photos, meals, and tasks are permanently removed from our servers. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as SeasonKeeper grows. We'll let you know about significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updates.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
